Pick up a new hobby buy a used camera or some art supplies and put your creative side to the test. You'll be surprised how much you'll learn about yourself in the process and create something new and interesting in the process. If your a little stand-off-ish then check out a book from the library and do some research up front. Remove the cloud of war get some courage and confidence as well. Maybe you'll even be able to turn a profit on what you create or maybe you'll fall in love with it and it will bring you happiness for the rest of your life.
